We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund you.  However, if exchange or refund request was not due to the products was damaged or defective, we regret that there will be a shipping charges and handling charges deducted from the refund payment.  The amount of the deduction is vary for different products.  The product returned must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.  Please email me for the amount that is deductible before returnning to us.
